Gin has always been a summer time favourite beverage full of complex flavours thanks to the infused botanicals. When you add a cross mixture of different flavours to gin like lime bitters, blackberry moonshine and hot spices you can up your game for great to amazing.
This may become you summertime go-to drink… say hello to a frosty thirst quencing grilling with shine gin-shine!

here’s how to mix-up a gin-shine by the ‘grilling with shine’ intoxoligst Sven Mcoy
STEP ONE

fill a shaker with 4-5 ice cubes

add 2 ounces of Copperhead Distillery ‘Ol’ Biddy premium Gin’
STEP FIVE
-
pour in a 20o ml bottle of ‘Fever-Tree’ fancy-ass premium Indian tonic water

stir and smeel the goodness
INGREDIENTS

2 ounces of Copperhead Ol’ Biddy Gin
-
1 ounce of Blackberry Moonshine
-
5 dashes of Dillon’s Lime Bitters
-
5 dashes of Tapatío Hot Sauce
-
3-5 grinds of fresh black pepper
-
200ml of Fever-Tree fancy-ass premium Indian tonic water
