Beef Ribs are one of the tastiest things to come off a cow! Just a little bit of prep and some secrete ‘Grilling with Shine Cow Rub’ and the occasional spray a moonshine spritz and you’ll have the best meal of the summer! In this episode of Grilling with Shine, Troy des Bois and Sven Mcoy show how to trim and slow grill this great cut on their brand new Traeger portable smoker. You will want to try this recipe.

STEP TWO

coat all the sides of the beef ribs with a thick coat of French’s mustard (the binder)

coat with a generous layer of Grilling with Shine ‘Beef Rub Out Spice’
STEP THREE
put beef ribs bone side down at 225 degree
Mix up the Beef Moonshine Spritzer

in a mixing bowl add 473 ml can of Mill Street Vanilla Port Beer

add 200 ml of high test moonshine
-
add 1/3 cup of Worchester shire sauce
-
add in 3 straws of Wild Muskoka Rock Barren Bitters (Cranberry Juniper)

put into a spray bottle and spray ribs every hour

STEP FOUR

let cook 7-10 hours at 225 until they get tender about 205 degree

spray every hour with beef moonshine spritzer

keep hydrated with a big jug of ‘Budza Rhymer Shiner’
